My New Years resolution for 2010 was to try new recipes. Here is one I made this week. It’s called “Hurry Curry” from The Abs Diet. I feel like it would be violated copyright to copy the entire thing here, so I will tell you that it’s on page 144. 🙂 It is chicken in an easy and quick curry sauce. I added broccoli and served it with whole-grain rice. Delicious…and SO easy!
